Steamed Pumpkin and Spare Ribs

Prepare the Cooking material in the“Ingredients”.

a) pork spare ribs, cut to small pieces(about 1.5 inches);

b) ginger、garlic and Lobster sauce, crushed;

c) Sauce： Combine the pork ribs with the marinade sauce (salt、sugar、oyster、cooking wine、starch、vegetable oil、Lobster sauce、ginger and garlic), about 15 mimutes;

a) pumpkin, cut to small pieces (about 2 inches), put on the bottom of plate;

b) putting pumpkin pieces on the bottom of plate, then put spare ribs on the pumpkin.close the cover;

Press "Function" and choose “steam”,  press start button, about 20 mimutes is finish.
